2026-04-16 | 2236 In recent months, the financial and digital asset markets have experienced significant volatility. At the same time, regulatory frameworks related to blockchain and digital assets in Vietnam and many other countries are becoming increasingly stricter and more clearly defined.
Several important trends are now directly impacting the way blockchain-based ecosystems operate:
- Stronger scrutiny of activities related to capital mobilization and profit-sharing models involving digital assets
- Tighter control over models associated with cash-flow dependency or fixed-return expectations
- Higher requirements for transparency in asset circulation and cash-flow management
- A growing policy preference for models linked to real-world utility, goods, and services
These developments have had a direct impact on the operation of our ecosystem. In order to adapt responsibly, reduce risks, and move toward a more sustainable direction, Dream Makers is officially implementing an operational restructuring plan for the V3 platform.
1. Core Principles of the Adjustment
- All member values will be reviewed, recorded, and standardized
- The system will shift from a cash-flow dependent model to a real business and revenue-driven model
- The restructuring is designed to support long-term stability, transparency, and sustainability
2. V3 Package Adjustment Policy
2.1. For packages that have not yet received profit-sharing
- The package will be closed
- The full remaining value will be recognized as the member’s principal balance
2.2. For packages that are currently receiving profit-sharing
- If the total amount received is greater than or equal to 1,000 USDv, the package will be automatically terminated
- If the total amount received is below 1,000 USDv, the remaining principal will be calculated as:
1,000 USDv – amount already received = remaining principal value
All balances will then be finalized and centrally managed for the next operational phase.
3. Phase 1 Conversion Limit
During the first phase, each account may use up to 5,000 USDv for conversion into the Exsystem ecosystem.
This limit is intended to:
- Stabilize the system
- Reduce operational pressure
- Create a controlled and efficient transition process
4. Conversion Mechanism into Exsystem
Members may choose one of the following two methods:
Option 1: Revenue-based distribution
- 10% of the system’s incoming revenue will be allocated
- This amount will be distributed among members who register to receive value recovery through Exsystem
- Distribution will continue gradually until the registered value is fully completed
This model is designed to align value recovery with real business performance and sustainable revenue generation.
Option 2: Business activation model
- Members may use 60% of their converted value to purchase products for business purposes
- This value may also be used to support F1 members in purchasing products for business activities
- The remaining 40% will be settled in cash (VND)
This model is intended to:
- Create a practical path for members to recover value more proactively
- Support product circulation and real business activity
- Build a more sustainable commercial ecosystem over time
5. Strategic Direction Going Forward
In the next phase, the ecosystem will focus on:
- Expanding the real-use application model through Exsystem
- Strengthening product and service circulation within the ecosystem
- Building a development model more aligned with the current regulatory environment
6. Dream Makers Commitment
We understand that this transition requires time, patience, and adaptation from the community. However, this is a necessary step to:
- Reduce legal and operational risks
- Protect the long-term value of the ecosystem
- Create a more transparent and sustainable development path for all members
Dream Makers remains committed to accompanying the community, improving solutions, and creating broader opportunities in this next phase of development.
7. Conclusion
This is not a termination of the system, but a strategic transition toward a more resilient and sustainable model.
Adapt to survive. Restructure to grow.
Dream Makers is moving forward with a clear direction: building real utility, supporting real business, and creating long-term value.
